By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
The content provided through the Site is intended solely for educational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in the fields of mental health, medicine, law, or finance and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or consultation. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, you should seek guidance from a licensed mental health professional.

4. Use and Restrictions
• You may access and use the Site’s content and services in accordance with this Agreement.
• You may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Any other use, including framing, redistribution, or reproduction, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Site.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Not share your account with others.
• Not impersonate any person or entity.
• Not mislead others about your identity, credentials, or experience.
• Not collect information about other users.

The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site for any reason, or no reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. If your account is terminated without cause (i.e., not due to a breach of these Terms), the Site will refund a pro-rata portion of any pre-paid fees for the unused portion of your service period, where applicable. No refunds will be provided if termination is due to a violation of this Agreement or any other applicable policies.

6. User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for any communications or materials you post on the Site. You may not post or transmit content that:
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or harmful.
• Discloses private or personal information about others.
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses individuals or groups.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

• Interferes with others’ use of the Site.
• Harvests or collects data about other users.
• Is otherwise deemed unacceptable by the Site.

The Site reserves the right to block, delete, or investigate any content or user activity that violates this Agreement.

7. Payment and Client Responsibilities
A. Nature of Payment
Payments made to the Site grant access to its services and content only. Payments do not include the provision of hardware, software, or utilities necessary to access or use the Site.

B. Client Responsibility for Equipment and Utilities
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary computer equipment, internet access, and any devices required to view, access, or utilize the Site. This includes managing capabilities for printing, downloading, or emailing information for your own records or use. The Site is not responsible for the functionality or maintenance of your equipment or internet service.

C. Assessment and Course Enrollment
• Separate Fees: The fee paid for an assessment covers only the administration and evaluation of the assessment. It does not cover the tuition or cost of any subsequent course you may choose to take.
• Course Recommendation: The assessment will include a recommendation for a course based on the results. By taking the assessment, you acknowledge and accept that receiving a course recommendation is an intended outcome.
• Enrollment Choice: Enrollment in any recommended course is optional and requires a separate enrollment process and payment of the applicable course tuition.

D. Service Fee for Double Payments
Any action required to process, verify, and return a double payment or erroneous over-payment will incur a $5.00 service charge, which will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

E. Handling Unauthorized Chargebacks
• Reporting Unauthorized Use: If a payment is disputed through a chargeback based on unauthorized use (i.e., use without the cardholder's permission), you must provide official documentation (e.g., a valid police report or government-issued fraud affidavit) proving the unauthorized nature of the transaction.
• Collections and Reporting: Failure to provide the required documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in the disputed amount being treated as a debt owed to the Site. This debt may be referred to a collections agency and reported to major credit bureaus, potentially impacting your financial standing. Additional fees may apply.
• Liability for Unauthorized Use: You are fully and personally liable for any unauthorized transactions made using your account. You agree to indemnify and hold the Site harmless against all damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including recovery fees, collections costs, and reasonable legal fees) incurred as a result of unauthorized use, fraudulent chargebacks, or subsequent collections efforts. The Site reserves the right to pursue full recovery of the debt through legal action.

8. Service Pace and Client Choice
The term "Weekly" defines the agreed-upon pace, schedule, or frequency of service delivery. By enrolling or subscribing, you agree to adhere to this pace, as it was the delivery option selected and accepted during the enrollment or sign-up process.

9. Course Completion Policy
To maintain the integrity of our programs:
• You may not complete more than three lessons per day.
• Completion letters obtained in violation of this policy will be deemed invalid.
• If asked by a third party, the Site will report such violations and recommend further course review.
• Example: For an 8-hour course, if you enroll on the 6th of the month, the earliest valid completion date is the 8th (3 hours on the 6th, 3 on the 7th, 2 on the 8th).

10. Shipping Policy
A. Nature of Services and Shipping
All purchases are for services related to preparation and delivery. No physical products are sold. Applicable documentation is shipped via USPS without tracking to minimize costs. Orders are shipped within three (typically two) business days after final payment, excluding weekends and holidays. A date-stamped photo of the shipment is retained for verification.

B. Delivery Expectations
If you do not receive your shipment within:
• 2 weeks (U.S.)
• 3 weeks (International)
...or if the shipment contains errors, notify the Site via email. Upon verification of your shipping address, a replacement will be shipped under the same terms. No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

C. No Expedited Shipping
The Site does not offer or support expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using standard methods, and estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

D. Customer-Provided Incorrect Address
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of your order and account sign-up. The Site will ship your order to the address associated with your account record.
• If a package is returned due to an address error (e.g., incorrect street number, wrong zip code, or an outdated address), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to the corrected address.
• Address changes made only on third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal) will not be recognized. To change your shipping address, you must update it directly within your account settings on the Site before placing an order.
• If a package is lost or cannot be recovered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, the Site is not responsible for replacement or refund. You will be required to place a new order and pay for the product and shipping again.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury or wrongful death.
• Loss of business profits or data.
• Business interruption.
• Incarceration.
• Inability to access or use the Site.

All use of the Site is at your own risk.
